Some Time Alone With Violet

[Griff Trevin]

Griff had left Magpie in Oakvale after gathering some supplies and travelled to Greatwood with Violet. He wanted to show her the place he had found last time he was there, and spend some time with her. They had travelled far over the course of 2 days, and they finally arrived at the centre of Greatwood.
The sun was shining brightly and reflecting off the water in the lake as they stood together looking at the surroundings.
"It's beautiful isn't it? I just had to show you, and we're far enough away that we can spend some time together, hopefully uninterrupted." Griff said to her

[Violet Mersain]

Violet smiled as Griff and herself reached the Greatwood lake.
"Beautiful." She placed down her load and splashed some water on her face. The young hero turned to her love.
"Thank you for bringing me here. Now we can talk freely and not be interrupted."

[Griff Trevin]

"That's right. Tucker, keep a lookout mate" Griff said patting him on the head.
Griff sat down with Violet at the waters edge.
"Okay, I'll go first. Something about me that you probably should know. I can't swim, i have a terrible fear of water. I can sit here near it, but you won't get me in it." Griff said

[Violet Mersain]

"Thats good to know. I don't want you to drown. When I was younger, father killed my mother and tried to kill me." she shuddered at the thought of her father who was in the Bowerstone Jail.
"Thats why I don't believe in fighting unless it is needed."

[Griff Trevin]

Griff looked shocked at what Violet told him
"That's horrible. So I gather he is in Bowerstone Jail then. I know some people that could go in there and take care of him, if you know what I mean. It may be the bandit in me coming out but he doesn't deserve to live." Griff said

[Violet Mersain]

"No. I disowned him years ago. To me he is already dead. No need to spill blood over me for something that happened ages ago." She looked out at the lake and watched as the calm water washed over the sand that was in front of her.
"What do you like to do for fun?" she asked.

[Griff Trevin]

Griff pondered about her question. It had been a long time since he done something for fun. He was used to travelling, being alone and stealing to make a living.
"You know what? I don't really know. It's just usually me and Tucker travelling, exploring and staying with bandits. I've changed alot over the last few months. I stopped mugging innocent people, killing. Mostly I just stole to survive, but I've even givin that up lately too." Griff said, looking at Violet.

A cool breeze began to blow across the water, and Griff watched as Violet looked at the water. She was beautiful in every way. Her gentle nature had began to rub off on Griff the more he spent time with her.
"I'm sorry, I never answered your question very well" He said.
Violet turned to look at him and she smiled. Griff smiled back and leant toward her, staring her in the eyes.
He felt a warm feeling inside himself and he leant in closer as he placed his hand on hers
Is this going to be my first kiss?

"Hmm. Well, maybe we will find you one." she smiled. Violet's love for Griff had increased over the short few days. Time was flying by so fast. Griff had leaned forwards staring into her eyes and held her hands. Her emotions went into hyper mode as Violet leaned forwards and placed her lips on Griff's.

When Violets lips pressed against Griff's his heart began to race. This was one moment that he would remember for the rest of his life.
He pulled back and looked her in the eyes
"Your incredible, you know that? So, umm, what else do you enjoy doing then? For fun I mean." Griff said, feeling a little light headed

[Violet Mersain]

Violet took a quick breath when Griff relaesed the kiss.
"Well. I enjoy studing. Anything I can learn about I want to know. I am a Scholar like the old Guildmaster was, Aldren." She smiled at Griff. He was everything and anything she would ever need in life. For him, she would give up all her knowledge.
"I also like to pratice magic."

[Griff Trevin]

"You are just an amazing person. Someone up there truely is blessing me with this" Griff said looking up at the sky.

"I learnt a little bit of magic, just a lightning blast and healing spell, but it is everything I need. So then, ask me anything you want to know, I'll be completely open with you"

[Violet Mersain]

"A healing spell. Well thats two thing you need to teach me. Also, why did you become a bandit?" she asked. There was many questions brewing in he mind.

[Griff Trevin]

"Well" Griff said. It was a painful memory, but one that had to be told
"My parents and I grew up in Bowerstone. One day a group of bandits came through town, killing and looting. I was hiding under my bed at the time" Griff took a breath and looked out across the water.
"They got to our house, and they set it on fire. It started to come down around us but dad got me out...Mum died in the blaze, and dad collapsed outside. The bandits killed him right in front of me, but they spared me." He looked back at Violet, getting a little bit emotional

"I followed them back to their camp, but I lost track of the leader and only found his followers. They recruited me, telling me that they only followed his orders, and that they would help me to find him so I could have my revenge. They lied about it, they never intended to help me. After that I went to Hawk's clan, I gave up looking for the killer and made my life there. He is like a father to me now, and I love him like one."

[Violet Mersain]

"Wow. I'm so sorry." She stared across the lake along with Griff. The question she wanted to ask had fizzled out.
"Is there anything you want to know?" she asked smiling.

[Griff Trevin]

"Well, I can't for the life of me work out why your in love with me. You are an intelligent woman with alot going for her. Why in all of Albion do you love me?" Griff asked

[Violet Mersain]

"Well, you are an amazing person. A bandit with good morals and simply remarkable. There is just something different about you that attracts me."

[Griff Trevin]

"Something about me? I've never had anyone be this nice to me in a long time Violet. I hope I'm not getting too ahead of myself, but I would really like to be with you forever"

[Violet Mersain]

"As I don't want to leave you either. Griff I love you." Violet said with and blushed a little bit.

[Griff Trevin]

"So...where do we go from here? There are a few errands that I need to run, plus I heard that Magpie, Glenroy and Darryl got a house in Oakvale. I'd like to visit them sometime. What about you?" Griff said
