Having become a Hero for the Guild, Griff decided that it was time for some intense training. He had heard the rumors of the Hobbe cave in darkwood and had decided it would be best to go there and kill some to get a bit stronger and work on his will abilities as well.
He arrived outside the cave, Tucker at his side.
"You ready boy? I'm relying on you, this is not just training for me, its for you too" Griff said
Tucker wagged his tail and gave an encouraging bark.
Griff drew his sword and they charged into the cave, and as he entered he spotted 5 standing in a group.
"ATTACK!!!" Griff shouted
They charged in, and Griff swung his sword taking the head clean off one hobbe. He spun around and spotted Tucker pouncing on top of another, biting at it's throat.
Griff charged at another two, cutting the arm off one and finishing it off with a stab to the head but before he could react he felt a sharp pain hit him in the side of the ribs. He hit the ground hard, clenching his sword tightly. He looked back up and saw the hobbe responsible and dashed at him with lightening speed and cleaved it right in half.
Looking around for the last hobbe, he spotted Tucker standing on top of it ripping its arm off. It was already dead, so Griff let him keep at it.
Sitting down at the entrance of the cave Griff's ribs were still sore. He held his hand out, palming facing the sky and concentrated. A blue light surround his hand and he pressed it against his ribs. In an instant the pain had gone and he was feeling rejuvinated.
Tucker walked up to him with an arm in his mouth and lay down beside Griff, munching on it. He could feel himself becoming stronger and more agile than ever before, and he liked the way it felt.
"Lets pull up stumps for a few moments mate, just until you finish your food" Griff said to Tucker
