Character Name: Adelina Wincott
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Black
Height: 5’5”
Weight: 107 lbs

Face Description: Adelina is a beautiful young woman. Her nose is a soft curve, an Aquilline nose. Her mouth is a soft cupid’s bow and her cheekbones are high. Her chin is slightly pointed but it give her face an angular beauty. She has finely arched brows, thin and regal.

Animal Companion: None
Moral Standing: Neutral

Skill of Choice: Skill
Born: Oakvale
Family: Adelina was raised in Oakvale by loving parents. Her father, Jacob, worked down at the docks, loading and unloading cargo. He is a large man with an honest face and an easy laugh. Her mother, Belle, is a beautiful woman and a homemaker that sells her pies to the local Inn to help supplement the house hold. She has two older brothers and a younger brother. Her eldest brother, Daniel, works as a Town Guard. Her elder brother, Nathaniel, is a Trader that buys and sells at the Barrow Fields. Her younger brother, Nikolaus (Niko), is apprenticed to a blacksmith.
Character History: Adelina had spunk.
No one knew it at first. She was just another little girl playing with dolls and crying when boys pulled her hair. If not for an accident of Fate, she would have grown up in Oakvale, fallen in love with one of the boys that used to pull her hair, gotten married, and had many fat little babies. She probably would have been happy.
But that was not what Fate had in store for her.
She crossed the path of a Guild Warrior while chasing a boy that had stolen her doll. There was nothing outwardly special about her, she was a pretty enough child, but it was the way she balled up her little fist and punched the boy in the nose. She made the Guild Warrior laugh and he spoke to her parents after a few more days of watching her.
He thought she had fire. He wanted to take her to the Guild. Her parents refused at first, as everyone knew that women in the Guild were harlots and whores. But the Guild Warrior was patient, spinning tales of great female Heroes and he spoke of the gold she would be earning, gold that they could get a portion of.
They would not sell their child but, in the end, they could not deny her this chance at writing her name across the Legends of Albion. She left with the Guild Warrior, running to keep up as he walked. She looked back often, cried even more often, but her tears dried and eventually she began to look forward.
The Guild was not her home but it soon became like one. The other apprentices were not her family but they soon became so. She studied and practiced, trained and dedicated herself to the Guild. And now, as she left fifteen and her childhood behind, she was ready.
Personality: Adelina is sweet and trusting by nature, something that none of her Masters were able to carve from her. She is not fearless (Trolls and Balverines terrify her) but she is brave enough. Loyal to her friends and unforgiving to her enemies.
Sample RP: Adelina weighed the bag of gold in her hand.
I don’t have enough, she thought sadly.
Standing in the Guild Armory, she looked at the weapons that lined the walls and the armor that stood on the stands, all of it well beyond her means. She continued to weigh the bag of gold in her hand, her lips pursed and her nose scrunched as she let her eyes roam from the Obsidian longsword to the very fine suit of dark leather armor. She coveted them both but could afford neither.
With no real options, she approached the counter and placed her bag on it.
“This is all I have,” she said sadly. “I’ll take that sword over there.”
It was iron, not steel, and rusted. But she could polish it and sharpen it. It was not pretty but it would have to do.
ACCEPTED-Love how you used your character from your story on the forums. There is actually a title in the arena you can buy for 300 gold named Sorrow. Though since Adelina is not orphaned, she should have a last name.
