QUEST: Terror on the High Seas Part 1

Quest Description: A large amount of Pirates are coming to attack Oakvale. Part 1 consists of the naval battle between the Heroes/Guards and the Pirates. Part 2 will consist of the battle that will take place after the pirates make landfall (This is assured to happen as the Guards only have so many ships and the Pirates have a whole fleet) You will be paid depending on how manyPirates/Guards you kill.

Quest Location: The Western Sea, Oakvale

Quest Factions: Heroes (Good) Pirates (Evil)

Reward: Commission (Payment per kill)
Hero Kills:
Pirate Grunt (Cutlasses and Crossbows): 100G
Pirate Elite(Fire Augmented Cutlasses, Pickaxes and Crossbows): 150G
Pirate Invasion Leader(Fire Augmented Crossbows): 1000G
Pirate Admiral (Ship Captain, Cutlasses): 1000G
Pirate Captian (Main Leader, Legendary Cutlass: Harbinger): 5000G, Legendary Cutlass: Harbinger

Pirate Kills:
Guard Grunt (Longsword): 1000G
Guard Grunt (Longbow): 1500G
Guard Elite (Katana): 3000G
Guard Captain (Crossbow & Longsword): 5000G
Guard Leader (Legendary Greatsword: Justice): 10000G, Legendary Greatsword: Justice
Villager (Fists): 50G, Various spoils (Potions to Jewels to clothes)

The Guard faction only takes Good Heroes, and the Pirates only accept evil ones.

Other Notes:
Legendary Weapon: Harbinger
Augments: Lightning, Peircing, Sharpening, Health
Descripiton: A legendary weapon used by the first Pirate Lord to create massive thunderstorms to obliterate raid targets. Then, after they were left drowned by the storm, the pirates would then rush in and collect the spoils and any potential slaves.

Legendary Weapon: Justice
Augments: Righteous (More damage to evil people), Strength Boost (Anyone can wield it), Piercing, Sharpening
Description: A mighty and powerful weapon used to eliminate evil in any form. Used by the First Guard Leader to Kill the first Pirate Lord and end his reign of terror over the coastal cities of Albion.

Each Unit in each faction has a distinct weapon (In parentheses) which you can take as spoils if you wish. Legendary weapons cannot be taken due to Quest Regulations.

Magpie had heard about the quest, and gathered up some bandits to protect his beloved Oakvale.

I think it's a well put together quest, but I think you should have contacted an Admin first. I'm still not sure if it should be allowed because we really haven't decided on Legendary Weapons, and the quest seems very large and requires a lot of people, which we don't have. You should contact the Guildmaster about this, I'm not really sure.

If the quest happens, ill go as a pirate (any bows, perhaps?). and Ravyn, he could just make an account for the pirates, and one for the guards ( Like the guild master does for monsters).

Well, I meant that other people would be Pirates and Guards. Plus, my character hasnt even been accepted yet so I'll leave it to you guys. And I didnt mean for the Legendary weapons to be anything that could get me in trouble. just something you can use if you want to. And no, they cant actaully do what it says in the descriptions, legends are so overexagerated.

I'm sorry if I angred an Admin by making my own quest. If they want, I'll delete it.

Also, the RP itself will take place in the Oakvale thread area. and it dosent need alot of people... We just need people to be something like battallion leaders or something. (You have a few gaurds that follow you around and you can command them to do stuff. you wont actually control them, theyre just there for story purposes.

I think this Quest is very well put together and I will allow it, but you have to change a few things. For one you can not create your own weapons to hand out. You have to buy these weapons and actually hand them out. Rare Weapons are created by the Administration or Blacksmiths and sold for alot. You can let someone use the weapon during the Quest but after that it has to be returned.

Also there is a economy system set up here and if you want to create a quest, (Which is ok Ravyn cause I said all members can create 1 while we are trying to get the site up and running) you need to have the funds to back it. Since you just logged on you probably don't have the funds.

The Guild is willing to fund some Citizen or Hero quests as long as you run it by us first and we get to decide how much money each is for. If you want to pursue that route you must know that I will have to reduce the prize money a bit (Although it would be a very small amount)

Tell me what you want to do and I will say go ahead with the Quest.

Well, I can take the weapons out, but the Pirate Leader and Guard Leader were supposed to be NPC's, therefore, they would just use the weapon for themselves. So then the victor would not take it, I guess the weapons would just fall into the sea or something.

And go ahead and reduce the rewards If you wish. I didnt know I was supposed to run it by the Guild first. Many apologies.
