The Journey Ahead

[Griff Trevin]

Griff rushed home from the raid to see Violet about the message he had recieved. It was a little out of his way, as he could of just left for Benson from Snowspire, but he couldn't leave without saying goodbye to the woman he loved.
He burst through the door to find Violet standing in the dining room. He ran over and gave her a hug, and then stepped back to tell her what had happened.
"Violet, I recieved a message from a stranger. I have to go to a town called Benson that is a four or five day trek from Snowspire. Apparantly there is somebody that needs to see me there" he explained.
He shuffled through his pockets and took out his bandit seal and passed it to her.
"Before you say anything, take this. I have one with me, and this way you can talk to me if you need to, and also Hawk if you need help. I asked him to look after you while I am away" he said

Violet stood up and someone charged through her and Griff's door. She let out a content sigh when it was him.
"I thought you were some crazed lunatic breaking into our home." He hugged her and started talking. She took the bandit seal from him and nodded.
"Please be safe my love." Violet tilted her head up to give Griff a quick kiss.

Griff gave her a kiss goodbye and left the house with Tucker following closely behind. It would be more than 2 weeks until he saw her again, but she would always be in her thoughts. He used his Bandit Seal to teleport himself to Snowspire, and began his journey immediately.
