Griff arrived in Bowerstone, it had changed so much since he was last here. Spotting Glenroy's shop straight away he head straight for it and entered. Across the room Griff caught Glenroy's eye straight away and head over to him. Holding his arms out to his side He began to speak "I didn't come to fight, I'm here to negotiate with you so hear me out" Griff lent against the counter and continued "Now you have a problem with us and we have one with you. Some of our bandits kidnapped you and you managed to kill them and escape correct? But then you came back of your own free will, held a knife to the Bandit King and then killed more of our bandits before escaping again. Now that last incident is your own fault for returning to our camp" Glenroy was listening intently, though Griff was unsure of how genuine it was "So here's what I propose, you give Hawk and myself 50% off of your goods and we offer you protection and will no longer harass you in any way. How does that sound?" Griff said

"Ah Griff" said Glenroy cheerily "Y'know I think you have potential. To bad you waste it being a murderer how does that feel? Well anyway ask Hawk 'cause he came around this afternoon and we sorted it out. Now will taht be all or do you want to buy something?" Glenroy asked politely.

Griff felt foolish for not realising that Hawk had already been, perhaps he should of consulted him before leaving. "Then I apologise for my intrusion" Griff said. "As for your comment on me being a murderer....It is hard to be anything else but a murderer. When it is all you have known for your whole life how can you be anything else?" Griff stated, feeling himself starting to choke up. The memories of his house burning, his parents lying dead on the cold ground and the bandits cheering as more people fall dead. He remembers one bandit, kneeling down to him, encouraging him to go with them. Turning back to Glenroy, Griff looked him in the eyes "They're the only people I have to look out for me now. it would be wrong of me to leave after I have done so much for them....I do however grow tired of the killing, that is why I approached you today with no weapons drawn. I don't know what to do, I'm at a conflict within myself as to what is right and what is wrong." Griff was starting to feel himself choking up, Glenroy's words hit him hard. He thought to himself that if Glenroy can offer a solution to his problems, and if Griff could leave the life of a bandit behind maybe he would live long enough to have a family of his own one day.
"All I ask is this....can you help me? If not than I will leave your shop and cause you no further troubles"

Glenroy rested his arms on the counter. "That depends on what you need help with. You lost something to Hawk didn't you? Your home or parents? And he took you in andd raised you as a bandit? Thats what happpened isn't it? Well the same happened to me. Years ago Hawk and his bandits raided Oakvale. Flames everywhere. Stumbling with father beside him. They had to step over corpses. He saw the miller laying dead with a crossbow bolt in his head. Running towards the ships. "I wasn't taken to be raised as a bandit though. We came to Bowerstone my father and I. We had to rebuild everything when we came back. So don't think your the only one who wants revenge on the Bandit King. What do you say you want a little revenge?" Said Glenroy offering the knife Hawk had used to Griff.

A large bang sounded inside the shop as a bandit flung himself out of a broken wardrobe containing swords. He was sent there to kill Glenroy but this news was too important to keep hold of so the bandit ran for his life back to the bandit camp and to Hawk.
After hearing this news from the trustworthy bandit Hawk sighed and sat down draining a small bottle of whiskey in one gulp. 'Fortify everything in camp, and make my house impenetrable to all' said Hawk to the bandit. It seems as if his newly made Bandit Assassin had deserted him already. Although Hawk wanted to hear Griff's side of the matter first by mail as he would not face anybody at this moment in time. Hawk still trusted Griff deep down but he would do what was necessary in any type of case.
The curse of being the bandit king forever haunted Hawk as everybody in the world was against him, even his own men.

"Glenroy I just don't know what to do at the moment, and from the looks of things I cannot go back to the bandits. Maybe I don't belong there, I apologise for any inconveniences I have caused you. Maybe next time we meet we could have a drink together" Griff felt like everything was beginning to fall apart so he said his good bye and proceeded to leave the shop. Upon exiting Tucker looked up at Griff and gave him a gentle lick on the hand "It is ok buddy, we've survived on our own before" Griff knew deep in his heart that he at least owed Hawk an explination and decided it would be best to sneak into the camp at night and leave him a note explaining so he made tracks to the bandit camp swiftly.
